Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Onsite in Boston, Massachusetts, in the Seaport District; recruiting support covers positions across the Americas.

What you will do

• Source candidates directly for open positions across the Americas.
• Schedule phone, video, and face-to-face interviews for hiring managers.
• Conduct phone screens and support end-to-end recruitment.
• Assist with onboarding processes.
• Work with HR and Talent Acquisition colleagues on internal recruiting practices.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of direct recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Structured approach to achieving business objectives.
• Positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude.
• Ability to work onsite in Boston.
