Atlassian Product Owner (Atlassian): Owning the strategic vision, operational roadmap, and governance for the enterprise Atlassian ecosystem with an accent on standardization, scalability, and optimization of Jira, Bitbucket, and JSM. Focus on translating business needs into a prioritized backlog and driving platform adoption through clear guidance and enablement.

Location: Hybrid - Must be based in Centennial/Denver, CO (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days).

Salary: $102,900 - $134,750 per year

What you will do

• Align Atlassian tooling capabilities with company-wide OKRs and Agile/Scaled Agile delivery methodologies.
• Establish and maintain "Golden Standards" for project templates, issue types, and automation rules across the enterprise.
• Manage the Atlassian Marketplace app ecosystem to ensure plugins provide measurable value and prevent bloat.
• Drive change management, adoption, and training for new features and workflows.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into prioritized backlogs including epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with platform development and administration teams to ensure robust integrations, data flows, and reporting.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, or business systems analysis.
• Hands-on proficiency with Atlassian tools: Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, Jira Service Management, and Rovo.
• Strong understanding of platform governance, standardization, and enterprise-scale enablement.
• Proven ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders without direct authority.
• Must be based in the USA and able to work hybridly from the Centennial/Denver, CO office (Tue, Wed, Thu).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Atlassian automation, scripting tools, and APIs.
• Experience supporting enterprise service workflows or scaled Agile delivery.
• Atlassian certifications (ACP or equivalent).
