Technical Coach (AI/ML)

Location: Fort Worth, Texas (Hybrid: Onsite 3 days a week, Tuesday-Thursday)

Salary: $80 - $85 / Hr (W2)

What you will do

• Coach teams in immersive dojo spaces to enhance their technical capabilities.
• Evaluate product portfolios and assess architecture and engineering opportunities.
• Facilitate Value Stream Mapping sessions to identify and eliminate development waste.
• Define and curate metrics to measure technical progress toward desired outcomes.
• Mentor software engineers and architects through hands-on pairing and mobbing sessions.
• Design training materials for modern engineering practices and contribute to the developer experience platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of experience in software development and coaching.
• Hands-on experience with AI, machine learning, and modern engineering practices.
• Proficiency in OOP languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Expertise in TDD, BDD, Agile (XP, Kanban, Scrum), and CI/CD.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, GitHub Actions, Azure, and AWS.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLMs, CNNs, and RNNs.
• Proven experience in SQL and designing relational database schemas.
