Location: Must be based in Germany. The role is remote with a requirement for on-site collaboration in Hamburg at least once per quarter.

What you will do

• Develop and implement a global Total Rewards strategy covering compensation, benefits, and mobility.
• Design and optimize scalable frameworks for job architecture and grading.
• Lead the implementation of short-term incentive (STI) plans and variable compensation programs.
• Ensure compliance with EU Pay Transparency regulations and other relevant legislation.
• Prepare data-driven analyses and decision papers for HR leadership and senior management.
• Advise HR Business Partners and stakeholders on all reward-related topics.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in international Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits roles.
• Fluent in both German and English (C1 level).
• Strong understanding of compensation regulations, including EU Pay Transparency and works council collaboration.
• Extensive experience with job grading methodologies (e.g., Mercer).
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives in a dynamic environment.
• Must be based in Germany and willing to travel to Hamburg quarterly.
