Senior Systems Administrator (Microsoft 365)

Location: Mexico City; hybrid work model with in-office attendance on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Salary: MX$40K–MX$45K per month, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses or role-based incentives

What you will do

• Administer Microsoft Entra ID, application registrations, identity lifecycle processes, and SaaS integrations.
• Manage Microsoft Intune policies, compliance baselines, application deployments, and device management for hybrid and remote users.
• Oversee Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams, with responsibility for permissions, content lifecycles, governance, reliability, and security.
• Develop Power Automate workflows and PowerShell scripts to automate provisioning, administrative tasks, and service delivery.
• Support enterprise applications, authentication, API, SAML/SSO, certificate, SCEP, DNS, monitoring, VPN, and endpoint compliance configurations.
• Maintain hardware, software, license, network, and physical security systems, including UniFi infrastructure, access control, cameras, and badge management.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in systems administration or enterprise IT operations, focused on Microsoft 365 and cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, SAML/SSO integrations, and enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of certificate management, SCEP enrollment, certificate lifecycles, cloud DNS such as Route 53, monitoring tools, VPN solutions, and endpoint compliance.
• Proficiency with PowerShell and Power Automate, plus experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, software license auditing, and SaaS platforms.
• Experience supporting physical security systems, including access control, surveillance cameras, and badge infrastructure.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills, with availability for emergency incidents and scheduled after-hours maintenance.

Nice to have

• Microsoft or equivalent cloud certifications, such as M365 Administrator, Azure Fundamentals, or Security certifications.
• Experience with proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration across IT, security, operations, and project teams.
