Senior Manager, Property Technology & IT (AI)

Location: Remote or onsite in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, or Chile. Requires substantial overlap with U.S. business hours.

Operates a growing portfolio of vacation homes, hotels, and multi-unit properties across the United States.

What you will do

• Own network and Wi-Fi standards across distributed vacation homes, hotels, and multi-unit properties.
• Design, review, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, wireless, firewall, VLAN, DHCP/DNS, PoE, and related infrastructure.
• Own the reliability of smart locks, access control, gateways, thermostats, sensors, and other connected property systems.
• Lead technical readiness for new hotels and multi-unit launches, including floor plans, network designs, vendor proposals, and installation validation.
• Administer Google Workspace, Okta, SSO/MFA, SaaS access, endpoints, permissions, licenses, and security investigations.
• Manage 1–2 junior IT team members and use APIs, scripting, workflow automation, and AI to reduce repetitive administration.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in network engineering, infrastructure, systems engineering, IT engineering, managed services, property technology, or a related environment.
• Strong networking fundamentals across switching, routing, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, NAT, firewalls, PoE, and Wi-Fi.
• Experience supporting multi-site networks and administering cloud-based identity, access management, SSO, MFA, and SaaS environments.
• Demonstrated ability to automate workflows with scripting, APIs, or automation platforms and apply modern AI tools to operational work.
• Experience coordinating vendors, ISPs, installers, or service providers and leading or mentoring junior IT staff.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with substantial availability during U.S. business hours.

Nice to have

• Experience in hotels, multifamily, managed Wi-Fi, smart buildings, hospitality technology, or another distributed physical environment.
• Experience with Meraki, Ubiquiti, Aruba, Ruckus, Cisco, smart locks, electronic access control, IoT gateways, or low-voltage infrastructure.
• Experience with Google Vault, retention and legal holds, eDiscovery, MDM, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, PowerShell, REST APIs, OAuth, webhooks, or AI coding tools.
