What you will do

• Administer marketing automation platforms and maintain Salesforce integrations, including sync logic and error monitoring.
• Manage lead intake and upload processes, ensuring data validation, enrichment, and quality controls.
• Design and maintain lead lifecycle stages, scoring, routing, and handoff automations.
• Enforce campaign tracking standards, including UTMs and naming conventions, through QA processes.
• Build operational dashboards to monitor funnel conversion, velocity, and SLA adherence.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in B2B Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Systems.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and Salesforce in an integrated environment.
• Deep understanding of lead lifecycle management and routing logic.
• Experience implementing campaign governance and taxonomy standards.
• Ability to develop operational dashboards based on lifecycle metrics.
