What you will do

• Support senior leadership in driving department initiatives, projects, and budget adherence.
• Oversee deliverables ensuring adherence to company policies relating to AML, Data Governance, and Outsourcing.
• Manage the client integration process to ensure a professional and positive experience for all parties.
• Resolve sensitive or escalated queries from clients, investors, fund managers, and internal departments.
• Lead individual performance management through regular coaching, one-to-one meetings, and annual reviews.
• Participate in internal AML framework reviews and service calls with clients and CSMs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in AML within financial services, fund administration, asset management, or banking.
• Minimum of 5 years in a managerial capacity.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related field.
• Must be based in Toronto, Canada.
• Internationally recognized AML designation is preferred.
