Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own the customer onboarding process end-to-end, from first document request to account activation.
• Conduct KYC/KYB reviews on business entities, analyzing corporate structures and beneficial ownership.
• Apply onboarding requirements and regulatory standards across multiple jurisdictions.
• Act as the first line of defense, applying risk-based judgment and escalating high-risk cases with recommendations.
• Communicate directly with customers to resolve documentation issues and guide them through the onboarding journey.
• Identify process friction and propose controls, changes, and automation opportunities to the product team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in KYC/KYB, onboarding, or a first-line compliance function.
• Hands-on experience verifying business entities and Ultimate Beneficial Ownership (UBO).
• Working knowledge of customer due diligence requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Must be based in North America or Europe.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (non-negotiable).
• Experience in crypto or digital assets (stablecoins, blockchain, on-chain transaction monitoring).

• Proficiency with AI tools for document review, summarization, and drafting.
• Ability to manage a high-volume queue autonomously.
