Salary: $147,000 - $183,000 CAD annually

What you will do

• Own the sales-side pipeline, negotiating Services Agreements, order forms, SOWs, and partner deals.
• Drive vendor-side contracting and coordinate risk reviews for software and operational agreements.
• Act as the primary legal point of contact for sales, customer success, procurement, finance, and GTM teams.
• Reengineer the contracting playbook and build AI-powered workflows to optimize legal operations.
• Manage a full portfolio of legal matters independently, from intake to closure.

Requirements

• Law degree (J.D., LL.B. or equivalent) and good standing with the Law Society of Ontario (open to other Canadian or US jurisdictions).
• 8+ years of experience in commercial technology transactions, ideally with both law firm and in-house SaaS experience.
• Deep expertise in SaaS agreements, DPAs, NDAs, and SOWs.
• Strong proficiency and genuine enthusiasm for AI tools and legal technology.
• Proven ability to manage high volumes in a fast-paced environment with sharp attention to detail.
