Location: Onsite in Hawthorne, Los Angeles, California, with 4–5 days per week in the office. Relocation assistance is available.

Salary: $110,000–$220,000 base compensation, excluding bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own and support system integration and testing from assembly through deployment readiness.
• Integrate hardware, software, and firmware components into cohesive radar systems.
• Conduct verification and testing in laboratory, production, and field environments.
• Debug and correct faults across mechanical, electronic, and software systems.
• Develop test plans, procedures, test benches, and test suites for efficient I&T execution.
• Collaborate with the Lead Systems Engineer and broader engineering team to configure systems and execute tests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Prior technical experience in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with integration and testing or troubleshooting complex systems.
• Familiarity with RF test equipment, including signal generators and spectrum analyzers.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.

Nice to have

• Systems engineering experience with RF systems.
• Programming experience with Python, MATLAB, or C++.
• Experience with signal processing or data analysis.
