What you will do

• Setup, test, and document Cable TV access network systems and components.
• Automate tests using LabView and Python to streamline workflow and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Software, Firmware, and Hardware design engineers to identify and solve technical problems.
• Verify that RF amplifier projects meet all design specifications and high-quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Experience in telecommunications or CATV laboratory environments performing test and verification (approximately 10 years preferred, but fewer may be considered).
• Expert knowledge of CATV Access RF, including laser transmitters, EDFAs, RF nodes, and amplifiers.
• Strong programming skills in LabView and/or Python using SCPI and GPIB protocols for VNA and Spectrum Analyzer measurements.
• No sponsorship assistance provided; must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship (No H1B/L2/F1/OPT/CPT).
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds for equipment setup.
