What you will do

• Design and develop interactive eLearning, scenario-based, microlearning, and blended learning experiences.
• Lead learning projects from concept through delivery, managing timelines, stakeholders, quality, and multiple priorities.
• Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify needs and translate business challenges into learning strategies.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and continuously improve learning solutions based on data and feedback.
• Enhance learner experiences across LMS and LXP platforms while exploring emerging technologies.
• Connect learning outcomes to measurable behavior change, learner engagement, and on-the-job application.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in instructional design or corporate training.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360, including Storyline and Rise.
• Experience with Synthesia or comparable AI video creation tools, Camtasia or similar video editing software, and Adobe Creative Suite or an equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, performance measurement, LMS platforms, SCORM, xAPI, and learning analytics.
• Ability to work independently, manage projects with minimal supervision, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
