What you will do

• Lead customer and player research initiatives, including NPS, customer satisfaction, and brand tracking.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of emerging markets to evaluate growth potential and regulatory environments.
• Monitor the competitive landscape to identify industry trends, opportunities, and threats.
• Measure and optimize marketing ROI by evaluating campaign and channel performance.
• Translate research findings into executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations.
• Build and mentor a high-performing Market Analytics team while establishing research standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or Business.
• 10+ years of experience in market research or competitive intelligence, including 3+ years leading teams.
• Demonstrated experience managing NPS and brand tracking studies.
• Advanced analytical skills with tools such as Qualtrics, SPSS, Python, or R.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for executive-level reporting.
• Must be based in or able to work in Las Vegas, NV (Hybrid).
