What you will do

• Manage onboarding for assigned Consumables vendors from setup through launch, including guidance, timelines, and status updates.
• Coordinate onboarding activities with Merchandising Operations and resolve blockers.
• Configure vendors accurately across systems, tools, and operational requirements.
• Support product setup, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Manage vendor and internal tickets, triage issues, track resolution, and maintain clear communication.
• Identify vendor risks, recurring issues, and operational insights to support process and product improvements.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in category operations, vendor management, merchandising support, or a related field.
• Experience working with external vendors and cross-functional internal teams.
• Experience managing tickets, workflows, or operational requests.
• Familiarity with merchandising or onboarding support systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Completion of a BS/BA degree is desired.
