Enterprise Associate (Analytics)

What you will do

• Build and manage client reporting, dashboards, and data-driven commercial analyses.
• Prepare presentations and recommendations for business reviews, joint business planning, and commercial renegotiations.
• Manage operational workstreams including menu optimization, project planning, store onboarding, ownership changes, merchant marketing, and custom reporting.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and analytics teams to solve partner issues.
• Support enterprise account managers with partner management, merchant meetings, and conferences across Australia and New Zealand.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in management consulting, technology, FMCG, commercial or category management, account management, or analytics.
• Confidence working with spreadsheets and business intelligence tools.
• Ability to turn raw data into clear, defensible commercial insights.
• Strong organization and structured communication skills.
• Working understanding of margin, commission, and return on investment.
• Proactive, adaptable, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
