What you will do

• Conduct customer due diligence on new and existing partners, including identity verification and source-of-funds assessment.
• Assess customer risk using established frameworks and identify high-risk entities.
• Investigate escalated cases and document findings for regulatory and internal decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve compliance issues and improve processes.
• Prepare and deliver training for more junior colleagues.
• Contribute to improving KYC policies, procedures, systems, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in KYC, EDD, AML, or compliance within financial services.
• Good knowledge of AML best practices.
• Experience with OSINT techniques.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and risk assessment skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills required.
