• Manage the end-to-end approval and onboarding process for new business customers.
• Conduct customer outreach via phone and text to gather required information and move cases forward.
• Apply KYC principles and compliance requirements to assess applications and flag risks.
• Collaborate with teammates and the team lead to balance processing speed with quality.
• Contribute to a performance-driven culture aimed at breaking volume and quality records.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Must be based in Stockholm, Sweden.
• Experience with KYC, OSINT, or a professional background in banking, lending, or law enforcement.
• Comfortable handling customer interactions across multiple channels, including phone.
• Performance-oriented approach with a drive for accuracy and pace.
