Senior Influencer Manager (Creator Marketing)

What you will do

• Manage influencer and creator-led campaigns with Client Partnerships, Strategy, and Creative teams.
• Translate brand concepts into diverse, authentic, and high-volume casting strategies.
• Develop and pitch CAIT-led campaign concepts as a strategic partner for clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate sourcing, external talent engagement, production timelines, contracts, and payment processing.
• Apply creative quality and commercial safety standards to delivered assets.
• Monitor project margins, improve workflows, and reduce revision cycles.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in influencer marketing, creator marketing, or talent management.
• Experience managing campaigns from initial concept and casting through final asset production.
• Ability to collaborate with Client Partnerships, Strategy, Creative, Production, and related teams.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and operational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative team.
• Authorisation to work in the UK is required.
