Global Marketing Senior Coordinator (Fintech)

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver Payments & Fintech marketing projects and workstreams across internal and external channels.
• Lead planning and delivery of industry events, including timelines, invitee targeting, logistics, and post-event follow-up.
• Manage the publication pipeline by coordinating authors, storylines, deadlines, and content distribution.
• Prepare internal communications and support LinkedIn activation for sector and practice area leaders.
• Maintain project trackers, dashboards, status reports, and budget updates.
• Summarize marketing progress and impact for senior leadership while coordinating with teams across regions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4–6+ years of relevant experience in project management, coordination, or operations.
• Proven ability to plan, prioritize, track timelines, budgets, and risks, and deliver multiple workstreams.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and collaborating across regions and time zones.
• Excellent organizational, execution, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and sound understanding and use of AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT.
