What you will do

• Secure capacity for loads and monitor shipment status in real-time.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with carriers, shippers, and receivers.
• Set up new locations and vendor profiles within the company system.
• Manage customer rates and fuel surcharges within the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Coordinate detention information and manage accounts receivables.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 0-1 years of professional experience (Entry Level).
• Must be open to working 5 days a week in the Stuttgart, AR office.

Nice to have

• Completed college degree.
• Prior experience in transportation or logistics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite or Google Workspace.
