What you will do

• Own the daily dock schedule, coordinating appointment windows for inbound and outbound shipments to minimize dwell time.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for carriers and suppliers, managing scheduling and arrival expectations.
• Receive, verify, and document all inbound deliveries against purchase orders and escalate discrepancies.
• Coordinate outbound staging and carrier pickup, ensuring shipments are labeled and ready for departure.
• Collaborate with internal inventory and building management teams to align dock scheduling with operational priorities.
• Maintain the dock area in strict compliance with safety and housekeeping standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or warehouse coordination.
• Demonstrated experience scheduling carrier pickups and deliveries in a high-volume environment.
• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Hands-on experience working with LTL, parcel, and freight carriers.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with WMS or TMS systems is a plus.
• Must be based in Chesterfield, MO and available for onsite work, including early morning or evening shifts.
