Logistics Specialist

What you will do

• Analyze and consolidate logistics data to monitor KPIs and support data-driven decision-making.
• Support LLP optimization through process mapping, documentation, and performance tracking.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to drive process standardization and visibility.
• Manage carrier relationships to resolve issues related to delivery performance, costing, and capacity.
• Leverage TMS expertise to ensure accurate data flow and process automation.
• Assist in building a culture of lean thinking and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship).
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with process mapping tools like Visio or Lucid.
• Ability to manage projects and communicate across cross-functional teams.
• English language skills required; Spanish is a plus.

• Experience in both International and Domestic transportation activities.
• Proven experience in logistics data analysis and process improvement.
