Salary: $71,600 – $119,400

What you will do

• Review, update, and revise clinical content based on scheduled cycles and healthcare guideline updates.
• Ensure all content is accurate, evidence-based, and adheres to current clinical practice standards.
• Manage assigned editorial projects to ensure deadlines and quality are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address clinical inquiries and support content needs.
• Stay current with professional organization and governing body updates regarding nursing practice.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with an unencumbered license.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (Master’s degree preferred).
• At least 3 years of recent clinical nursing experience.
• Strong writing skills with excellence in grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
• Must be based in the US and able to work standard daytime hours (9am to 5pm ET).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to use generative AI.

Nice to have

• Experience in authoring healthcare-related content, regulatory requirements, or educational materials.
• Knowledge of adult-learning principles and health literacy/plain language.
