What you will do

• Design and develop client-facing enablement materials including product manuals, workflow guides, and knowledge center articles.
• Synthesize product functionality and operational workflows by collaborating with SMEs and attending development meetings.
• Manage the lifecycle of client enablement packages, determining learning modalities and coordinating stakeholder reviews.
• Facilitate live end-user training and Train-the-Trainer programs during client implementations.
• Analyze implementation feedback and support trends to identify and fill gaps in existing documentation.
• Partner with Product, Delivery, and Commercial Strategy teams to ensure pre-release readiness.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience creating technical documentation and instructional content in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Experience with healthcare systems, revenue cycle management (RCM), EMR, or EHR expertise (strongly preferred).
• Proven ability to create content across multiple modalities (eLearning, software simulations, facilitator guides).
• Experience delivering interactive client training via web conferencing platforms.
• Proficiency with standard style guides (AP, Chicago) and brand guidelines.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe Captivate or similar software simulation tools.
• Ability to leverage AI and emerging technologies to accelerate analysis and documentation.
