What you will do

• Design and build V as the primary agentic interface for answering questions, analyzing data, and executing complex workflows.
• Develop agent architecture for intent understanding, planning, tool selection, and reliable recovery from failures.
• Ship polished user experiences across Slack, web, and other interactive interfaces.
• Create evaluation, observability, and feedback systems to measure AI accuracy and utility.
• Establish primitives that allow other teams to contribute new capabilities without creating fragmented experiences.
• Define the infrastructure and principles for operating a company through an agent.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-time software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
• Ability to work across product surfaces, from conversational UI to APIs, queues, databases, and production infrastructure.
• Deep care for AI interaction quality, including context selection, tool use, memory, and latency.
• Proven track record of adaptability and curiosity when learning unfamiliar technologies.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience building or using agent harnesses such as OpenClaw, Hermes, or Pi.
