What you will do
- Lead delivery for GovTech/MilTech projects with teams of 15–50 people
- Manage stakeholders including ministries, defense agencies, and international organizations
- Oversee project planning, risk management, and reporting to clients and leadership
- Ensure timelines, quality, and profitability of the project portfolio
- Travel frequently across Ukraine, the EU, and the Middle East
Requirements
- 5+ years of IT project management experience (PM/DM/Program Manager)
- Ukrainian Armed Forces veteran (command/staff experience is a strong advantage)
- Based in Ukraine
- English: B2+ required
- Experience with CDTO Campus or digital projects in government/defense (Ministry of Digital Transformation, Ministry of Defense, Brave1)
Nice to have
- Understanding of public procurement (ProZorro, NATO procurement)
