What you will do

• Own the master plan and tracker for major launches, coordinating both technical and commercial workstreams.
• Manage program tasks in the team's project management system to ensure it remains the single source of truth.
• Run the program meeting rhythm, including internal syncs and recurring partner sessions.
• Produce consistent weekly status reports for internal teams and external partners.
• Anticipate roadblocks and dependencies, surfacing risks early with proposed paths forward.
• Ensure all workstream leads are clear on their responsibilities, deadlines, and dependencies.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or technical delivery.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder efforts to a deadline.
• Ability to operate across both technical and commercial teams simultaneously.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Slack, and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams without dropping threads.
