What you will do

• Design and implement scalable serverless microservices supporting assessment, schema conversion, and data movement.
• Build agentic workflows integrating with developer tools such as Kiro, Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex.
• Own operational excellence by defining SLAs, creating dashboards and runbooks, and leading root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, design documents, code reviews, and engineering quality improvements.
• Collaborate with solution architects, product managers, and RDS, Aurora, and AI/ML partner teams.
• Mentor SDE I engineers and participate in on-call rotations.

Requirements

• Professional, non-internship experience in software development.
• Experience designing or architecting new and existing systems for reliability and scalability.
• Experience programming in at least one software programming language.
• Experience with the full software development lifecycle, including coding, reviews, source control, builds, testing, and operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
