What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable backend applications within AWS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, security, and data to deliver integrated solutions.
• Contribute to the evolution of serverless architectures using services like Lambda, DynamoDB, and API Gateway.
• Build backend capabilities for assessment workflows, consent management, and CRM integrations.
• Leverage AI-powered engineering tools to improve productivity across testing and infrastructure.
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and technical knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Proficiency in Python and object-oriented design principles.
• Experience with AWS serverless technologies (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3).
• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Must be able to work onsite in Dublin 2-3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Exposure to CRM or Salesforce-related workflows.
