What you will do

• Own end-to-end onboarding and account opening (KYB/KYC) across exchange, banking, and brokerage partners.
• Configure partner accounts, establish financial venue access, and test third-party connectivity.
• Maintain accurate internal records and ensure reconciliation and proper document control.
• Support audit preparation, regulatory reviews, and operational reporting.
• Manage day-to-day booking and data workflows in the portfolio management system.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to track milestones and ensure project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or a similar role.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with high discretion.
• Experience or genuine interest in the crypto industry.
• Must be based in Taipei City, Taiwan for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Mandarin.
• Previous professional experience in the crypto/fintech sector.
