What you will do

• Collaborate with Business Architects and client stakeholders to understand business processes and operational challenges.
• Gather business and technical requirements, document solution decisions, and produce technical documentation.
• Translate defined processes into Adobe Workfront configuration and automation requirements.
• Configure Workfront objects, permissions, custom forms, workflows, reports, dashboards, and governance settings.
• Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, package deployments, go-live activities, and post-launch hypercare.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn supporting technologies.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of enterprise SaaS platforms and marketing operations.
• Understanding of collaborative work management and Content Supply Chain processes.
• Interest in combining technology, consulting, and enterprise platform solutions.
