Business Analyst

What you will do

• Lead business analysis across complex technology and process change initiatives.
• Define, analyse, prioritise, and manage requirements from discovery through implementation.
• Shape solution approaches with business stakeholders, developers, and subject-matter experts.
• Analyse and improve end-to-end processes to enhance customer and colleague experience.
• Facilitate workshops, resolve ambiguity, and support decision-making across business and technology teams.
• Contribute to testing, business readiness, governance, and successful implementation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, including leadership of complex or high-impact initiatives.
• Ability to work autonomously, own outcomes, and operate in ambiguous or evolving environments.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate complex problems into structured decisions.
• Experience influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Experience shaping solutions with technical teams while balancing business needs, feasibility, and long-term value.
• Understanding of end-to-end delivery lifecycles, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
