Director, Enterprise Applications (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Lead strategic planning, development, implementation, and operational performance for enterprise business applications.
• Govern the Salesforce platform across Marketing, Sales, and CX Service, standardizing processes and enforcing architecture and development practices.
• Identify architectural vulnerabilities, plan refactoring, and reduce technical debt while delivering business value.
• Own the Salesforce development lifecycle, including configuration and code documentation, tracking, and environment promotion.
• Lead and develop internal Product Analysts while managing vendor partnerships and co-sourced delivery models.
• Optimize support intake, service categorization, SLA reporting, Agile ceremonies, and traceability between Salesforce Cases and Jira work items.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Platform Builder.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise applications and 5+ years in Salesforce leadership, including prior management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Jira, with deep expertise in Agile/Scrum.
• Ability to evaluate Flows, Apex, and LWC solutions for scalability and maintainability.
• Strong resource planning, analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
