What you will do

• Drive Salesforce org governance across Marketing, Sales, and CX Service, standardizing business processes and enforcing best practices.
• Identify and remediate architectural vulnerabilities, scheduling refactoring to reduce technical debt while delivering business value each sprint.
• Own the end-to-end development cycle: document configurations and code deployments, and promote changes through the environment pipeline.
• Lead and scale a team of internal Product Analysts, coaching requirement gathering, Agile execution, and proactive stakeholder management.
• Manage co-sourced vendor partnerships and oversee service intake optimization with robust case categorization (Bug, Enhancement, Task).
• Monitor and report support ecosystem performance (internal and vendor), maintain traceability from Salesforce Cases to Jira Epics/Tasks, and run Agile ceremonies to turn business needs into user stories with acceptance criteria.

Requirements

• Location: Dallas, TX (hybrid role).
• 10+ years in Enterprise Applications, including 5+ years in Salesforce leadership; prior management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Jira; deep expertise in Agile/Scrum.
• Ability to vet technical solutions (Flows, Apex, LWC) for scalability and maintainability.
• Experience with resource planning and allocation for technology projects.
• Strong leadership, analytical/problem-solving, and communication skills.
