Location: Hybrid (Woodbury, MN). On-site Mondays through Thursdays, remote optional on Fridays.

Salary: $70k - $80k

What you will do

• Oversee project management, schedules, and budgets for franchise development marketing initiatives.
• Develop and update creative materials for digital and print marketing to attract prospective franchisees.
• Plan and execute trade shows and events, handling all venue communication and documentation.
• Lead broker marketing efforts, including the creation of digital and print collateral.
• Develop targeted email campaigns and manage the weekly LinkedIn content calendar for brand accounts.
• Analyze reporting and metrics for paid, owned, and earned marketing to measure performance.

Requirements

• Experience in a marketing or advertising department or agency.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Woodbury, MN office (Hybrid).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical proficiency in executing tactics and pulling reports from CRMs and LinkedIn.

Nice to have

• Experience working with sales or development teams and lead generation projects.
• Proficiency with Adobe Suite products and email marketing platforms.
• Fundamental understanding of how franchising works.
