What you will do

• Assemble products according to production work instructions, work orders, and standard operating procedures.
• Work with supervisors, engineers, quality control, and production personnel to resolve assembly and quality issues.
• Use, replace, and maintain assembly tools and measurement equipment.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and TPM activities on machines and equipment.
• Maintain an orderly work area and implement 5S practices.
• Suggest and support continuous improvements and other assigned manufacturing activities.

Requirements

• Vocational school or technical secondary school degree or higher; a mechanical education is preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand geometric tolerances and production processes.
• Knowledge of basic mathematics, including arithmetic, algebra, and geometry.
• 2–3 years of equipment assembly experience in the mechanical industry; fencing experience is preferred.
• Availability to work shifts and be based in or near Chengyang, Qingdao.
• Good communication, learning, and teamwork skills; willingness to follow work assignments and production requirements.

Nice to have

• Fluent Mandarin.
• Basic English.
• Knowledge of 5S and ERP systems.
• Experience working in the high-tech area.
