What you will do
- Handle machine failures using SEA analysis to identify and fix root causes.
- Implement and update TBM and CBM (vibration, temperature, current, and SPC monitoring).
- Improve KPIs by reducing breakdowns, shortening repair times, and enhancing equipment reliability.
- Lead or participate in projects following the EM pillar methodology and WCM activities.
- Manage spare parts for the responsible area, including usage control and purchase requests.
- Act as OT security super user to ensure factory network compliance with global security policies and manage system backups.
Requirements
- College degree or above in mechanical and electrical engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in electrical and mechanical industrial shopfloor environments.
- Proficiency with Siemens PLC, motors, servo drivers, and inverters.
- Experience with bearings, gearboxes, pumps, and hydraulic/pneumatic device repair.
- English: Fluent (C1) in both reading and speaking.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and industrial control systems (ICS, SCADA, DCS).
