Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 yearly + bonus eligible

What you will do

• Lead a team to implement strategy and execution of end-to-end revenue-generating paid social media campaigns.
• Provide subject matter expertise and tactical strategic recommendations for audience and content development.
• Manage day-to-day paid social operations, including bidding models, cost management, and ad unit specifications across various platforms.
• Analyze daily campaign pacing and leverage insights to identify and implement optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal Sales, Marketing, and Planning teams to align on best practices and social-first content.
• Maintain relationships with core external partners like TikTok, Meta, and YouTube to identify first-to-market opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in digital/social media buying.
• 3+ years of hands-on paid social media buying with platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
• 2+ years of people management experience, including direct mentoring of staff.
• Proficiency in Excel, specifically with pivot tables, formulas, and large data sets.
• Must be dependable and committed to monitoring critical social campaigns during evenings and weekends.
