Enablement Operations Manager, Math and Science

Salary: $69,250–$118,250 per year, plus eligibility for a company bonus plan.

What you will do

• Own projects, products, and workstreams across the mathematics and science portfolios.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on K–8 math and science products, positioning, implementation, and classroom use cases.
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional coordination for adoption cycles, state submissions, and curriculum launches.
• Maintain knowledge management systems and ensure educator-facing content remains accurate and current.
• Lead knowledge audits, content quality reviews, and coordination with subject matter experts before publication.
• Provide Tier 2 support, resolve requests, monitor content issues, and create enablement resources for field teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, operations, or a related field; equivalent education and experience totaling four years may be considered.
• 3+ years of experience in operations, product marketing, product management, process management, or a related field.
• Experience leading projects that require cross-functional collaboration.
• Working knowledge of K–8 mathematics instruction and standards-aligned curriculum design.
• Working knowledge of K–8 science instruction, including NGSS and state science frameworks.
• Strong communication, analytical, prioritization, independent problem-solving, and creative-thinking skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working with EdTech software, content, and services.
• Knowledge of the competitive K–8 curriculum landscape, state adoption calendars, and ESSA efficacy evidence.
