What you will do

• Oversee, coach, and develop the daily operations of the planning team.
• Coordinate receiving, picking, loading, and dispatch activities within cold storage.
• Manage customer orders and maintain data accuracy within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Partner with warehouse leadership to optimize workflow and labor efficiency.
• Liaise directly with customers and carriers to ensure appointment adherence and service commitments.
• Manage quality issues, including temperature deviations, damages, and inventory discrepancies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in planning, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Ability to perform work in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment (refrigerated and freezer areas).
• Experience in cold storage, refrigerated, or food-grade warehouses (strongly preferred).
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience (preferred).
• High School Diploma or GED required.
