What you will do

• Lead OneStream implementations across requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, training, deployment, and support.
• Lead the full pre-sales cycle, including scoping, estimates, proposals, and statements of work.
• Collaborate with client and internal stakeholders and communicate effectively with varied audiences.
• Apply creative problem-solving and technology to address financial and operational challenges.
• Ensure project deliverables and milestones meet delivery methodology and quality standards.
• Help grow the OneStream practice through sales, partnerships, training, recruiting, staffing, and internal enablement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience implementing or optimizing OneStream or other EPM/CPM applications.
• Strong knowledge of financial close, consolidation, financial reporting, and FP&A processes.
• Deep understanding of account reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, allocations, and top-side adjustments.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into solution designs.
• Previous experience leading full-cycle EPM/CPM implementations.
• Experience with VB.NET and data integration between different systems and sources; a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management Information Systems is expected.
