What you will do

• Lead Fortune 500 companies through large-scale supply chain transformations and full lifecycle Manhattan EP&F implementations.
• Architect integrated supply chain and inventory solutions based on deep system and business process expertise.
• Act as a trusted advisor for clients during process re-engineering, maturity assessments, and vendor selection.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery process to ensure projects remain within scope, time, and budget.
• Design and implement supply chain solutions integrating Manhattan EP&F with other enterprise applications and AI technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading multiple full lifecycle implementations of Manhattan EP&F.
• Expert knowledge of Manhattan EP&F configuration, data structures, and transactional data.
• Deep understanding of inventory and fulfillment processes, including DOM, order fulfillment logic, and ATP.
• Experience managing large-scale IT programs with cross-functional teams in the distribution industry.
• Ability to produce high-quality design documentation and strategic roadmaps.
• Must be based in or have work authorization for the US (New York, Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, or Irving).

Nice to have

• Experience with Manhattan Active suite, including MAWM or Manhattan Active Omni.
• Practical "on the floor" in-warehouse operations experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as Claude, OpenAI Codex, Palantir, Databricks, or Dataiku.
• Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP or Oracle and other supply chain tools like RELEX or o9.
