What you will do

• Perform independent maintenance, disassembly, inspection, and repair of returned products.
• Conduct diagnosis, spare parts replacement, and testing according to SOPs.
• Complete detailed service documentation and maintain accurate records in the work order system.
• Ensure service quality and efficiency in line with KPI requirements and calibration standards.
• Maintain workplace 5S standards and manage assigned tools and equipment.
• Support workshop and field service teams as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in manufacturing or equipment repair.
• Experience in mechanical assembly or vacuum pump repair is preferred.
• Basic English reading and writing skills.
• Proficiency in PC and MS Office.
