Location: Hybrid: Must be based in the UK and able to work from the London office at least 3 days per week

What you will do

• Identify, evaluate, and manage KOLs and influencers across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, including briefing, negotiation, content reviews, and KPI alignment.
• Develop and maintain affiliate partnerships with e-commerce platforms, bloggers, and brand ambassadors.
• Analyze campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI) and prepare monthly insight reports.
• Coordinate product seeding, logistics, and ensure full compliance with advertising standards and platform regulations.
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to ensure overall campaign alignment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Social Media or KOL/Influencer Marketing with a proven portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of social media algorithms, the influencer landscape, and current content trends.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with influencer/social analytics tools to measure ROI.
• Strong English communication skills are required as the main working language.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
