Software Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Build AI-first customer support products that resolve complex, high-volume support tickets.
• Shape product development across UI/UX, capabilities, and data models.
• Own challenging engineering problems from initial idea through production.
• Work with coding agents as a core development workflow.
• Build tooling and feedback systems that make coding agents effective.
• Apply engineering judgment to evaluate outputs and decide when solutions are ready to ship.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience shipping code at a top-tier engineering organization.
• Meaningful experience shipping code at a startup or a company with high engineering standards.
• Comfort working with coding agents as part of the development workflow, beyond autocomplete.
• Interest in solving novel AI problems and building products with real user impact.
• Ability to work on-site in Sydney, Australia.
