What you will do

• Manage and organize case files, legal records, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare and format legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Communicate professionally with clients, witnesses, and court personnel.
• Assist with trial preparation by organizing exhibits, preparing binders, and drafting witness lists.
• Schedule meetings, depositions, and hearings while maintaining accurate case calendars.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a legal assistant or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and document preparation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST.
