What you will do

• Draft and review legal language for customer agreements based on specific user requirements.
• Handle incoming requests from users and leads via email and website chat to ensure fast and correct resolution.
• Provide technical support for customers setting up connections between their source code management platforms.
• Collaborate with leads to guide them through the service offerings and account management.
• Inspect provided information and draft detailed reports for customers.

Requirements

• Proficiency in drafting legal documents.
• Prior experience in customer success or a similar client-facing role.
