Salary: $224,000 - $302,400

What you will do

• Design and build trusted agentic coding systems that deliver high-quality outputs.
• Optimize AI agents for token spend and response time using model routing, multi-agent architectures, and context management.
• Take end-to-end ownership of new features to ensure exceptional reliability and a great developer experience.
• Collaborate with the developer community to debug expert-level issues and refine hirify.global APIs.
• Write public technical documentation describing hirify.global concepts and APIs.
• Develop across multiple languages, including Python, TypeScript, Java, and Go.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional work experience.
• Proven experience optimizing AI systems using both machine learning and systems techniques.
• Deep expertise in concurrent programming, including safe use of mutexes and atomics.
• Experience designing APIs and writing documentation for public libraries or modules.
• Strong technical communication skills in English.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience writing production-grade software.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with hirify.global's programming model.
• Track record of open source software contributions.
• Experience contributing to the architecture of large-scale distributed systems.
• Deep background in machine learning, model training, or data science.
