What you will do

• Prepare monthly P&L statements, financial reports, and management reporting packages.
• Analyze budgets versus actuals, investigate variances, identify trends and risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support annual budgeting, short-term and long-term forecasting, and rolling forecast planning with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Build and maintain financial models for business planning, investment decisions, and operational initiatives.
• Monitor departmental spending, operating expenses, and purchase orders against approved budgets.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics while improving FP&A processes through automation and AI tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with P&L statements, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Experience building financial models and analyzing financial data for business decisions.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, nested formulas, and financial modeling.
• Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite experience is advantageous.
• Strong English communication skills and a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
