What you will do

• Perform bonding, back etching, trim etching, grading, and gage-matching operations on small components.
• Shape and form fine wires and perform detailed work under a microscope.

• Follow established procedures while working with minimal supervision.
• Apply Lean principles to support daily continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Steady hands and strong dexterity for precision work under a scope.
• Previous experience performing fine-detail work under a microscope.
• Ability to follow established procedures and work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to learn and basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform bench work with periodic standing throughout the day.
